• Design and deliver training programs to develop hard skills (technical and industry-specific) and soft skills (e.g., communication, leadership, and problem-solving) for employees across all levels;
• Develop specialized training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge related to logistics operations;
• Assess employee needs and create tailored training solutions for individuals and groups;
• Develop and implement learning strategies that align with the company’s goals;
• Create and utilize training materials, presentations, and case studies for effective learning;
• Conduct training sessions in hybrid formats (online and offline);
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide detailed reports;
• Support the onboarding and adaptation process for new hires.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer or learning and development specialist;
• Work experience in the logistics or transportation industry is highly desirable;
• Proven ability to work with diverse employee levels, from junior staff to executive management;
• Expertise in developing and delivering training programs on sales skills and logistics-related competencies;
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills;
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the training needs of the company;
• Proficiency in Russian, Uzbek and English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).

• Comfortable office in the center of Tashkent;
• Schedule: Project-based work, 2-3 times per week;
