Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team! If you have experience in HR, are skilled at designing employee reward systems, and are passionate about ensuring competitive benefits, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

-Developing and managing competitive compensation packages and benefit programs;
-Analyzing market trends to ensure salaries and benefits align with industry standards;
-Preparing and maintaining compensation policies and frameworks;
-Advising management on salary structures, bonus programs, and other financial rewards;
-Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding pay and benefits;
-Conducting regular reviews and audits of employee compensation and benefit programs.

-What’s Important to Us:

-At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or a related HR field;
-Strong analytical and organizational skills;
-Ability to communicate effectively in Uzbek, Russian, and English;
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and HR software;
-A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and practices;
-Readiness to grow together with the company and contribute to its development.
