What will you do?

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting at the code level, including debugging live customer scenarios and analysing logs, dumps, and performance data
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues escalated by Support and customers
• Deliver high-quality fixes and hotfixes while maintaining product stability
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Product, and Support teams throughout the entire resolution lifecycle
• Contribute to improving product quality, reliability, and maintainability
• Take ownership of critical technical challenges and drive them to completion

Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of proven experience in C# development (WPF / WinForms)
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and complex T-SQL queries
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with unfamiliar or legacy code and quickly understand system flows
• Strong initiative and “hands-on” approach to resolving issues
• Good English reading, writing, and communication skills
• Strong customer-oriented communication

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience with services / distributed systems (WCF, Web Services)
• Experience in Flutter mobile development
• Knowledge of multithreading and TPL
• Experience with performance profiling and troubleshooting tools
• Background in medical IT systems (HL7 / DICOM / medical device interfaces)
• Understanding of application security best practices
