• Develop and implement the category strategy in line with business goals and customer needs

• Analyze category performance, pricing, assortment, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities

• Manage product selection, onboarding of new suppliers, and ongoing supplier relationships

• Work closely with marketing, purchasing, and operations teams to drive promotional campaigns and ensure optimal stock levels

• Monitor competitor activity and e-commerce trends to ensure competitive positioning

• Track KPIs such as sales, margin, conversion rate, and customer satisfaction for your category

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field

• 2+ years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising in e-commerce or retail

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, BI tools, etc.

• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills

• Knowledge of online customer journeys and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.)

• Fluency in English and Russian
