Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinate certification activities from application to final report issuance in line with Bureau Veritas procedures and ISO requirements.
-
Communicate with clients regarding audit schedules, document submissions, and certification processes.
-
Prepare and maintain client files, audit plans, and certification documentation.
-
Support local and international auditors with logistics, documentation, and schedule coordination.
-
Track audit progress and ensure timely completion of reports and corrective actions.
-
Prepare invoices and track payment status in cooperation with the Finance department.

Maintain up-to-date records of certificates, expiry dates, and client correspondence.

Assist the Certification Manager in preparing performance reports and KPI data.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, confidentiality standards.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or coordination roles (experience in certification, quality, or auditing industry preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-
Excellent communication skills in English, Uzbek, and Russian.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
-
High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
-
Team-oriented, proactive, and client-focused attitude.
