Key Responsibilities :

- obtaining Certificates of Conformity (CoC) and Certificates of Origin (COO) through cooperation with UzStandart, UzTest and relevant authorized bodies;
- Coordinate product testing, laboratory analysis, and technical inspections when required,
- Collect and verify technical documents (invoices, contracts, packing lists, product specifications, HS codes, test reports, etc.),
- Communicate with Uzstandart officials and certification bodies to track application progress when required ,
- Preliminary calculation of certification costs on future arriving goods,
- Maintain organized records of all certification documents (3Y CoC, 1Y CoC, batch CoC)
- Resolve issues related to certification delays or non-compliance

Hard Skills (Professional & Technical):

- Knowledge of Uzbekistan certification procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Experience working with ertification bodies.

- Understanding of import/export documentation and customs processes.

Soft Skills (Competences & Personal Qualities):

- Experienced in Certificated related operation,
- Language skills, English mandatory,
- Able to learn new skills,
- Willing to hardwork to achieve good result,
- Communication skill
