• 5–10 years of proven experience in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction codes, standards, and technical regulations.

• Proficiency in design and engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, etc.).

• Experience in preparing technical calculations, estimates, and project documentation.

• Strong project management and team collaboration skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is an advantage.

• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.

• Plan, manage, and supervise construction projects.

• Prepare and approve design drawings.

• Monitor construction processes to ensure quality, deadlines, and safety compliance.

• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and documentation.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and other specialists.

• Identify on-site issues and develop quick, effective solutions.

• Provide regular progress reports to management and clients.

• Working schedule: 6-day work week (or according to company policy).

• Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
