Responsibilities:

• Perform cost estimation for civil, structural, and architectural disciplines
• Prepare proposals and support tendering activities
• Review and analyze drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Procurement)
• Communicate with the Employer on technical and commercial matters
• Prepare man-hour estimations and support schedule development
• Ensure alignment across all disciplines during the proposal stage

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of site experience in superstructure projects
• Proven experience in:
  • Residential buildings
  • Commercial buildings (Schools)
• Strong knowledge of construction activities and materials
• Experience in cost estimation and project scheduling
• Understanding of EPC project environment

Nice to have:

• Experience in international projects
• English – Intermediate or higher
