About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Collections & Credit Control Specialist to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing overdue accounts, improving cash flow, and reducing bad debt. The ideal candidate has a solid background in B2B collections, credit control, and professional communication with clients in international markets. This position operates during evening hours to align with clients in other time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and identify delinquent accounts;

• Contact clients regarding overdue payments through phone, email, and formal notices;

• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements where appropriate;

• Coordinate with sales, billing, and finance teams to resolve disputes efficiently;

• Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or external collection;

• Prepare and present weekly reports on collection progress and credit risks.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in collections, credit control, or accounts receivable;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Proficiency in accounting or ERP systems and collections tools;

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of follow-through;

• Languages: Fluent in Russian, English, and Uzbek​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.
