Responsobilities:- Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clients and suppliers.
- Lead negotiations with major stakeholders to secure the best terms for the company.
- Review and approve procurement and commercial contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to target markets and clients.
- Oversee pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market conditions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Financial Planning and Control
- Manage financial planning, including CAPEX and OPEX budgeting.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure adherence to budgetary goals.
- Analyze costs and implement measures for cost optimization.
- Monitor and ensure the delivery of profit improvement initiatives. Implement profit improvement programs.
- Represent the company in external meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure the legality and compliance of all financial and business activities.
- Handle disputes, manage credit, and debit notes efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution of claims and outstanding issues.
- Identify and assess business risks, proposing mitigation strategies.
- University degree in Business, Economics or a Technical field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Expertise in sales strategy, financial planning, and risk management.
- Knowledge of the wood-based panel industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in contract review and legal compliance processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- English – C1.
