Responsibilities:

• Receive, analyze, and resolve customer and carrier complaints.
• Monitor service quality and address disputes effectively.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve overall customer experience.
• Guide new carriers through the onboarding process, including document verification and system registration.
• Prepare reports and suggest improvements for better service.

Requirements:
