Core Network Product Manager

Duties:

• Design and develop Core Network solutions, prepare technical proposals and quotations.
• Support business growth by driving solution competitiveness, profitability, and successful order acquisition.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer stakeholders, understand business and technical requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Present Core Network solutions and demonstrate their business and technical value.
• Analyze customer networks, identify evolution opportunities, and recommend appropriate Core Network development strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Service, and R&D teams to ensure successful pre-sales support and project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Core Network delivery, pre-sales, or solution management.
• Strong knowledge of Core Network technologies, including PS, IMS, PCRF, HSS, CS, and STP.
• Hands-on experience with at least one Core Network solution (PS or IMS preferred).
• Experience with Huawei Core Network solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and independently design Core Network solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings, project support, and industry events.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
