We are looking for talented individuals with Corporate IT Systems Lead experience to join our team.

Primary Focus:

• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the internal IT team (including IT Support Specialists, Systems Administrators). Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
• Business Systems Management: Manage the administration, integration, maintenance, and support of internal business applications such as HRIS, ERP, Accounting/Finance systems, and other corporate platforms
• Workplace Technology: Oversee the deployment, configuration, management, and support of employee endpoint devices (laptops, desktops), mobile device management (MDM), operating systems, and core workplace productivity/collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, email, communication platforms like Slack/Teams)
• End-User Support: Manage the IT Service Desk function, ensuring timely and effective resolution of employee technical issues. Oversee the ticketing system, knowledge base, and report on key support metrics and SLAs
• Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce internal IT security policies and procedures in collaboration with the cybersecurity team Manage internal user access controls, endpoint security, data backups, and disaster recovery planning for corporate systems. Ensure compliance relevant to internal IT operations
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors for internal hardware, software, and services. Oversee procurement, contract negotiation, and service level management
• Project Management: Lead or oversee internal IT projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, or office moves
• Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the management and maintenance of internal corporate IT infrastructure, including networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers (physical/virtual)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 3+ years in a management or leadership position overseeing IT operations or support teams
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure (networking, servers, virtualization, cloud basics)
• Strong experience supporting and administering core business applications (HRIS, ERP, Accounting systems, Exchange, Active Directory, Lotus, etc.)
• Expertise in managing workplace technology environments, including endpoint management, email systems (O365/Google Workspace), and collaboration tools
• Demonstrated experience leading an IT support/service desk function and familiarity with ITSM principles (ITIL knowledge is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of IT security best practices for internal corporate environments
• Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities
• Experience with IT budgeting and vendor management
