International IT company specializing in gaming and sports projects is seeking an experienced Country Manager to handle brand localization, build a local affiliate team and lead casino operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, compliance, and innovative initiatives;
• Lead a team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence;
• Develop marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and build partnerships to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: native in Uzbek, advanced in English or Russian language;
• Industry Experience: strong background in the casino or gaming industry with progressive experience;
• Leadership & Strategic Vision: proven ability to manage teams, develop, and execute growth strategies;
• Customer Focus: prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty;
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve complex issues;
• Adaptability: Resilience in a dynamic gaming environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compliance Knowledge: familiarity with gaming regulations;
• Marketing Experience: background in promotions or customer engagement;
• Technical Skills: knowledge of casino management software and analytics tools;
