We are now looking for dynamic and driven Local Country Managers to join our team and lead the localization efforts for our brand, while building and managing local affiliate teams to drive marketing and growth in their respective regions.
Position Overview:
As a Local Country Manager, you will play a key role in the localization of our brand within your assigned region, while also building and leading a local affiliate marketing team to expand our reach through targeted advertising on regional platforms. This is a unique opportunity to lead the regional expansion of our business, drive revenue growth, and have a direct impact on the company's success in new markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Localization Leadership: Own the strategy and execution of the brand's localization in your region, including adapting content, messaging, and campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
- Affiliate Team Building: Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing local affiliate team to drive targeted marketing efforts and advertising placements on regional platforms.
- Regional Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement localized affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Collaboration with Central Team: Work closely with the global marketing team to align on messaging, branding, and performance metrics.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate campaigns to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
- Market Insights: Provide valuable local market insights, identifying new opportunities and trends to enhance marketing strategies and drive engagement.
- Regulatory Awareness: Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards for all marketing and affiliate activities.
Requirements:
- Native Language Fluency: Must be a native speaker of the local language in your assigned region (Uzbek, Turkish, Somali, or Korean). English or Russian fluency is a plus.
- Affiliate Marketing Experience: Proven experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or partnerships, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to build, manage, and motivate a remote affiliate marketing team to achieve growth targets and operational success.
- Strategic Mindset: A solid understanding of regional market dynamics, and the ability to create effective strategies to expand the brand's presence and revenue.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze affiliate performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, affiliates, and external partners.
- Self-Starter with Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for growing new business in emerging markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Local Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the local culture, consumer behavior, and regional marketing platforms.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements within your region.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Prior Experience in Expanding Brands: Previous experience in brand localization, market entry, or regional expansion roles is highly desirable.
