Central Asian University is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to support and scale infrastructure across digital products. The role includes CI/CD ownership, system reliability, automation, and cloud management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)

• Manage and scale infrastructure for web, mobile, and backend services

• Ensure system availability, performance, and security

• Implement monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging systems (ELK, Loki)

• Use Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)

• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Yandex.Cloud)

• Manage secrets and access controls (Vault, KMS)

• Collaborate with development and product teams to enforce DevOps standards

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer

• Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

• Proficient in Linux and writing bash scripts

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging systems

• Practical experience with Terraform and/or Ansible

• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Yandex.Cloud)

• Understanding of security best practices and secret management

Desirable

• Experience automating microservices deployment

• Background in high-load systems

• Familiarity with Service Mesh (Istio, Linkerd)

• Experience in tech-driven or regulated environments

• Multilingual: English (required); Uzbek and Russian (preferred)

• Experience working in remote/hybrid teams

Working Conditions

Work schedule: 5/7, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate’s knowledge and experience
