Dispatcher – Midamerican Cargo INC

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (near Malika Bazar)

Work Hours: 5 PM – 3 AM or 6 PM – 4 AM (Uzbekistan time)

About Us:

Midamerican Cargo INC is a fast-growing logistics company providing dispatch services to U.S.-based trucking companies, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Responsibilities:

- Manage freight loads using DAT Market and PO Trucks.

- Coordinate schedules and communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers.

- Monitor shipments to avoid delays and resolve issues promptly.

- Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize profitability.

- Prepare and manage invoices and necessary documentation.

Requirements:

- At least 2/3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics (must have worked with DAT Market and PO Trucks).

- Fluent in English (Turkish is a plus).

- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and computer skills.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
