Position Overview

As a Dispatch and Updater Specialists at PharmaStaff, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our pharmacy patients and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries efficiently, and ensure seamless coordination between pharmacies and our staffing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and messages from pharmacy patients, and pharmacy staff representatives.

• Working on the software platforms (e.g.,Prime rx, Pioneer rx, Liberty rx or other pharmacy systems)

• Support pharmacy with scheduling nd day-to-day workflow operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (IELTS 7.5+).

• Ability to multitask and manage high call/email volume in a professional manner.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
