Duties:
- Develop and achieve regional distribution sales targets, ensuring continuous business growth and market expansion;
- Build and develop a sustainable distribution partner pipeline, including distributors and engineering partners;
- Strengthen distribution partner capabilities by improving channel coverage, penetration, and operational efficiency;
- Identify, develop, and manage key distributors and high-potential partners, driving business scale and performance growth;
- Maintain healthy distribution market order by designing and implementing pricing strategies, rebate policies, and incentive mechanisms;
- Drive go-to-market (GTM) execution in collaboration with marketing and product teams, including product launches and channel activities;
- Monitor and manage the overall health of the distribution business, including pipeline management, inventory optimization, and risk control;
- Ensure effective coordination across sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in distribution sales within ICT, telecom, data communication, surveillance, or IT industries;
- Experience working with leading vendors or top-tier distributors is highly preferred;
- Proven experience in managing regional or national distribution operations, preferably in Central Asia or the South Caucasus;
- Experience in building or expanding distribution channel networks and developing key partners;
- Strong understanding of distribution operations, including inventory management, pricing models, rebates, and incentive systems;
- Proven track record in achieving significant sales targets;
- Strong channel development and partner management skills;
- Excellent business analysis and strategic planning capabilities;
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure;
- Fluency in English, Russian and Uzbek.
Work Conditions:
- Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
- Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
- Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
- Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
- Probation period: 3 months.
- Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
