GFS Trucking is a growing logistics and transportation company operating across the United States. We specialize in providing reliable freight services and take pride in our team of professional drivers. To support our rapid growth, we're looking for a motivated and experienced Driver Recruiter to join our HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified CDL Class A drivers across various platforms (Indeed, Facebook, referrals, etc.);

• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess driver qualifications and fit;

• Guide candidates through the entire hiring process, from application to onboarding;

• Maintain an active pipeline of driver candidates to meet company needs;

• Build strong relationships with drivers and ensure a positive candidate experience;

• Collaborate with safety and dispatch teams to coordinate driver orientation and start dates;

• Track and report recruitment metrics and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter in the trucking or logistics industry;

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver qualification requirements;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;

• Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a strong plus;

• Ability to work at night (6pm - 2am Tashkent time)
