Responsibilities:

• Establish and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures for substation and OHL works.
• Supervise and coordinate EPC QA/QC engineers and inspectors for civil, mechanical, and electrical activities.
• Review and approve materials, method statements, and test reports before submission to EPC/Owner's Engineer.
• Monitor site inspections. non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Verify calibration of testing equipment and certification of construction materials.

Requirements:

• Coordinate with EPC, Owner's Engineer, and Client representatives during all inspections and testing stages.
• Maintain quality documentation, including daily inspection reports, test logs, and QA/QC dossiers for handover.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project QA/QC requirements.
• Ensure works meet project standards for substation civil structures, equipment foundations, earthing, cable works, control building, and OHL foundations, tower erection, stringing, and final testing.
• Provide technical support to site construction and commissioning teams regarding quality issues.
