Duties:

• Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects to ensure their successful execution, meeting cost, timeline, and quality requirements while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Prior experience with data center projects is preferred;
• Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with customers, including budget planning, procurement, integration, duration, cost, scope, and project initiation. Oversee project documentation;
• Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and assess changes in scope, duration, and cost while aligning with customer expectations;
• Ensure successful project delivery by executing tasks according to the project plan, maintaining quality standards, and achieving business objectives. All project commitments should align with contractual agreements;
• Oversee equipment shipment and delivery, manage costs, monitor project activities, and facilitate smooth customer handovers. Regularly report project progress internally and externally, implement cost control strategies, and forecast operational results;
• Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, effectively handling scope and change management;
• Ensure the continuous and stable application of project management methodologies, processes, and tools. Maintain strong project documentation and control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher;
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is required. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory;
• Strong communication skills for solution presentations and key customer engagements;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for effective workflow management;
• Prior experience working in an ICT distributor/integrator company in Uzbekistan;
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, manage teams, and work flexibly across different locations;

Working conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
• Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
• Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
