Responsibilities

Participation in the following assignments:

• Taking part in different stages of Advisory projects on tangible assets (fixed assets) and commercial real estate valuations for various purposes;
• Dealing with management and personnel of a client and a target company (also during site visits);
• Carrying out financial analysis of company, conducting industry research and market analysis;
• Preparation of various types of tangible assets (fixed assets/real estate) valuation models;
• Report writing and checking;
• Preparation of client deliverables, reports, proposals and other project-related documentation.

To fill the role a candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Higher education, desirably in technical (preferable Engineer if Fixed Assets oriented) or Civil engineering, or finance/economics;
• Knowledge of valuation methodology and techniques (different approaches to valuation) is a plus;
• IT skills: advanced MS Excel, Word, Power Point user;
• Strong analytical skills: numeracy, ability to structure large amounts of data, advanced research skills;
• Excellent writing and presentation skills;
• Fast learner, team player with strong communication skills;
• Ready for travelling;
• Specific certification would be a plus;
• Fluent Russian (fluent English is a plus).
