Jop Profile:

- Execution of all exploration activities in accordance with company’s “Target Zero Harm” policy
- Plan and conduct exploration program in Esan’s focus areas of interest
- Collection, compilation, data management, and interpretation of geological information from exploration programs including drilling, mapping, geophysics, and surface sampling etc.
- Maintaining company logistics, creating, and developing public and governmental relations
Liaising and managing exploration contractors
- Weekly and monthly exploration reporting to Exploration Manager

Requirements:

- BSc degree in Geology required with MSc degree in economic geology preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in the mining or exploration sector.
- Exposure to both greenfield and brownfield exploration projects, or practical experience in mine geology operations
- Experienced in geotechnical core logging, including the identification and classification of rock mass characteristics such as RQD, lithology, structure, weathering, and strength.
- Knowledgeable in the geology and mineral deposits of Uzbekistan, including key metallogenic belts and ore-forming environments.
- Demonstrated competence in GIS and 3D modelling software, preferably ArcGIS and Micromine
- Excellent English and Russian written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work at Uchkulach mine (Forish/Jizzakh) location on 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation
- Exceptional leadership, time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Field in Field out 3weeks/1week off
