Factoring Manager

• Analyze and assess financial risks related to business operations;
• Monitor accounts receivable and evaluate customer creditworthiness;
• Cooperate with factoring companies and financial institutions;
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies;
• Review financial data and prepare analytical reports;
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance indicators;
• Support management in making informed financial decisions;
• Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and service providers;
• Work with RTS and other factoring platforms;
• Utilize Data Truck and other operational systems when required.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial reporting;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
• Russian language skills are an advantage;
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance, banking, or related fields.

• Full-time position;
• 6/1 Main Shift (18:00-03:00).
