Duties and responsibilities

• Accounting / Closing Management
• Tax Management
• Treasury Management
• Fixed Asset Management
• Finance Reporting Management
• ICFR Design, Implementation and Operation
• Support Financial Function
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors on the Reporting Line within the company and HQ.

Qualifications

Experience

- 15+ years of experience at Finance/Accounting department in a FMCG industry

- 3+years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting in a FMCG industry

- 5+years of experience as a manager

- Experience in both 1C AND SAP(FI/TR/CO) ERP systems

- 3+ years of experience as Chief Accountant in a FMCG industry factory (Preferred)

Knowledge

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

- Keep abreast of changes in legislations with respect to accounting/tax/finance

- 1C AND SAP(FI/TR/CO) system process

- In-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)

- English: Intermediate

Skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

- Ability to multi-task and work to meet deadlines

Other Requirements

- Good communication and relationship with team members

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.

- Self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic.

Education

• Academic Qualification

- Bachelor's degree (Master Degree Optional)

• Preferred Academic Major

- Accounting/ Economics/ Business Management

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Work location is the center of Tashkent city and can have business trip if necessary
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business, and the position and duties may be raised accordingly.
