• Monthly budget;
• Monthly reports;
• Monitoring over debts;
• Daily approval;
• Setting limits on sale of goods;
• Monitoring over import contracts and scheduling payment;
• Coordinating the transactions with external partners (suppliers, service providers, media company);
• Cash flows analysis and control;
• Tax liabilities and fulfilment;
• Quarterly P&L;
• Controlling selling prices and CIP from supplier (providing the accurate calculation);
• Control over marketing project costs and analysis of purposely and timely resource allocation;
• Preparing a daily report for higher management;
• Control over purchase of material goods;Such as stationaries, appliances etc. (CAPEX);
• Control over transportation expenses;
• Variation analysis of operating, admin and distribution expenses;
• Overall communicating all requirements and guidelines and full compliance with company's protocols and local state regulations;
• Development and implementation of financial strategies;
• Coordination with internal and external auditors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry);
• Solid knowledge of accounting and tax regulations;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software;
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.

• Fixed working schedule (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
