Position Title: Finance Officer

Department: Operations & Facilities
Reports To: Operations Director
Employment Type: Full-time​​​​​​​, 08:00 - 17:00 (Mon-Fri)​​​​​​​
Location: CST Campus, Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Salary: Competitive, as per CST salary grid

Position Summary

The Finance Officer is responsible for managing CST’s daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role supports budgeting, ensures financial accuracy, and contributes to effective decision-making through timely reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare financial reports.

• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.

• Monitor budgets and prepare forecasts and variance analyses.

• Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and financial regulations.

• Coordinate audits and maintain transparent vendor and procurement processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience.

• Knowledge of Uzbek financial and tax regulations.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Fluency in English proficiency preferred.
