Обязанности:

• Manage all aspects of domestic financing and credit facilities for direct accounts. The company's activities include production and sale of agricultural machinery. Research, implement and then manage retail finance solutions for the end-users of CNH Industrial equipment, working closely with APAC Financial Services (FS) Team. Provide leadership and direction for Uzbekistan Financial Services activities in Uzbekistan.

• Responsible for implementing retail financial schemes with third-party vendors such as leasing companies and banks.
• Responsible for leading and supervising the underwriting processes of the portfolio in line with the Delegation of Authority.
• Coordinate and manage the collections process:
  • Pre-legal collection.
  • Coordination with legal departments & local legal counsel (depending of the country) legal actions to recuperate the outstanding debts; and
  • Monthly Reporting.
  • Responsible for the quarterly recommendation to Management of the Bad Debt Reserves for Uzbekistan.

Требования:

• Financial background and significant experience to lead and develop the Trade Finance and Credit Control department.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Highly developed management, communication and people skills.

• Language Requirement(s): English, Russian and Uzbek
