Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Financist/Analyst who will be responsible for managing cash flow, analyzing financial performance, and handling various transaction-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have expertise in financial analysis, data management, and reporting, with advanced skills in statistics, Excel, and PowerBI. You will work closely with our finance and operations teams to understand data flows within different business processes and generate insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring efficient financial operations.
• Analyze and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to support business decision-making.
• Handle ad-hoc requests related to transaction data for internal stakeholders.
• Generate and maintain detailed financial reports based on CRM data.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, PowerBI, and statistical tools to analyze data.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand data flows and optimize business processes.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, data management, or a similar role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in PowerBI for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and perform detailed analysis under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
• Ability to understand and map data flow within various business processes.
