About the Company

We are a rapidly growing American logistics company providing nationwide freight transportation services. Our mission is to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of goods while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated Fleet Department Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage fleet documentation (registration, insurance, inspection, permits, etc.)

• Track maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs or service appointments

• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards

• Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s fleet management system

• Assist with onboarding new trucks and drivers into the fleet system

• Communicate with vendors, repair shops, and leasing companies

• Support the dispatch and safety departments as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fleet management, logistics, or trucking industry (1 year preferred)

• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or fleet management software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
