Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer (Middle/Senior level) to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. In this role, you will design and build high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow developers to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences and scalable app solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.

Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.

Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries for backend connectivity.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, adhering to best practices.

Conduct code reviews and share knowledge with the team.

Stay current with the latest trends in mobile development and the Flutter ecosystem.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart.

Proven experience building cross-platform apps for iOS and Android.

Strong understanding of state management and design patterns in Flutter.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services.

Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

Nice to Have:
Experience with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin).

Knowledge of backend technologies and database systems.

Understanding of mobile application security practices.

Experience with performance profiling and optimization methods.
