Maydon Tech LLC is looking for a Frontend Engineer with a speciality in React/React Native to help us revolutionize the Property Tech industry and build the next generation of property management solutions.

## The Role

As our React/React Native Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind our mobile and web application development. You'll work directly with our design and product teams to create high-performance, scalable applications that serve property managers, tenants, and owners.

## What You'll Do

- Build Exceptional Applications: Develop and maintain our React Native mobile app and React web platform with a focus on performance and user experience

- Implement Best Practices: Establish and maintain coding standards, architecture patterns, and development workflows across all our products

- Lead Technical Decisions: Make architectural decisions that impact our entire technology stack and product roadmap

- Optimize Performance: Implement performance optimizations, memory management, and bundle optimization strategies

- Collaborate with Excellence: Work closely with our multilingual design and product teams to bring features to life

- Shape Product Strategy: Contribute to technical product decisions and help define the future of our platform

- Mentor Team Members: Guide junior developers and establish engineering culture and best practices

## What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of React Native and React development experience with a proven track record of successful product launches

- Expert-level TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency with advanced patterns, generics, and type system mastery

- Functional Programming Expertise with experience in functional patterns, pure functions, immutability, and functional composition

- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional mobile and web applications with complex state management

- English proficiency for documentation and team communication

- Experience with modern React patterns, including hooks, context, and custom hook architecture

- Production experience with app store deployments and performance optimization

## Preferred Qualifications

- Understanding of PropertyTech, real estate, or similar B2B domains

- Experience with Expo SDK and React Native ecosystem

- Background in testing with Jest, React Native Testing Library, and E2E testing

- Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments

- Knowledge of Redux Toolkit and complex state management patterns

- Cross-platform development experience with iOS, Android, and Web

- Advanced JavaScript Concepts including closures, currying, higher-order functions, and monads
