Duties:

• Take charge of civil work marketing development, presentation to carrier operators, requirement offer, technical proposal and bill of quantity preparation.
• Join in the negotiation of contract clauses and technical annex for site civil work and power facilities in sales project, prepare the technical proposal with Bill of Quantity and High Level Design for civil work and power facilities with local FTK standards.
• Responsible for project delivery for site technical survey and details design in delivery project, independently prepare the Low Level Design with Bill of Quantity (Bill of Material and Bill of Service).
• Review site, duct, cabling system specific designs as produced by the Design Consultancy or subcontractors and make recommendations to manage cost and simplify construction, and guide local team/subcontractors for site design/installation etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• Good command of English language;
• Bachelor or above degree in Structural, Civil Engineering will be considered with priority, telecommunication specialty will also be considered.
• Familiar with Russia standards in structure design and civil works, and additionally have basic knowledge in power distribution system in telecom site.
• Familiar with at least one type of international standard (American standard or Euro code) in structure design and civil works, and additionally have basic knowledge in power distribution system in telecom site with local laws and standards.

Work Conditions:

• Work in the Tashkent office. Oybek metro station.
• Opening hours: 9: 00-18: 00 lunch 12: 30-13: 30
• Working days: 5/7 Monday - Friday
• Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
• Probation period: 3 months
• The working language is English.
• Knowledge of spoken English is required. The interview held in English.
