General Director’s Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional assistant to support our CEO in day-to-day administrative tasks and working with guests.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal support to the General Director
• Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and business appointments
• Welcome and accompany guests, ensuring a high level of hospitality
• Act as a liaison between the Director and internal/external parties
• Handle translations and communications in multiple languages when needed

• Languages: Fluency in Uzbek and Russian is required
  • English and Turkish language skills are highly welcomed and preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Presentable, discreet, and professional demeanor
• Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
