What makes the role special?

Group-IB Fraud Protection is an advanced solution designed to combat the most sophisticated fraud schemes faced by organizations across multiple industries. It detects fraudulent schemes including social engineering attacks (e.g. phishing sites and email scams), user account fraud, payment fraud, malicious bot activity, web injections, mobile Trojans, malware-related fraud, credit fraud and more.

Technical stack: Go, Postgres, Redis, NATS, Elasticsearch, S3, Kafka.

Tasks to solve:

• Implement new features in the Fraud Protection backend in Golang.
• Develop turnkey services from scratch according to technical specifications.
• Increase the share of Go services (the ability to rewrite from Python to Go is required).

This role is perfect for you if you have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in Golang and extensive experience in Golang development
• 4+ years of experience in Golang development
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience in working with PostgreSQL or a similar tool.
• Experience in working with Redis or similar.
• Knowledge of Linux.

What else we appreciate in our team

• Experience with S3 and Elasticsearch, as well as Prometheus, Grafana and Docker (you will work with all of these).
• Experience in working with message queue brokers such as NATS and Kafka.
• Experience in developing high-load systems.
• General knowledge of the cybersecurity field.
