A group of companies in the field of truck logistics in the USA, which is a leader in its field in Uzbekistan. He is a resident of IT Park. Offices in Tashkent (2 offices) Chicago and Orlando. The company has been on the market since 2017, with several successful projects that have been showing steady growth for 5 years. We are focused on results and moving on. We are creating a Marketing team of excellent and talented specialists with a great desire to work on new horizons of the market and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging designs for marketing materials, including digital ads, social media content, website graphics, email campaigns, and printed materials.
• Develop branding elements that align with the company’s visual identity and enhance brand recognition.
• Design promotional materials, brochures, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce compelling visuals that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and maintain brand guidelines.
• Work with motion graphics and basic video editing for promotional content (preferred but not required).
• Stay updated with industry trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance creative projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills across various formats.
• Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual designs.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency (B2+ level) for effective communication within the team.

What we offer:

• Compensation in the fork is open (depends on competencies)

• Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (official Gazette, 21 working days of work leave)
• 5/2, holidays and weekends according to the US industrial calendar.
• The working time is a night shift (since the team works according to American time from 18:00 to 02:00 Tashkent time).
• Partial or full compensation for specialized training (in agreement with the management)
• Office on Ganga (Gafur Gulyam metro station)

• Adequate budgets and automation of business processes.
• Adequate leadership with high-quality adult management (not a "local" management style).
