About Us:

Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA) is a company providing discount fuel cards across the United States. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hard Collection Specialist to join our growing team and support our expanding client base.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery Management

Identify, monitor, and manage overdue accounts in the 90+ days aging bucket.

Initiate and conduct direct collection activities via calls, emails, and official notices.

Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring agreements with delinquent clients.

Escalate non-responsive or high-risk accounts to external collection agencies or legal partners (e.g., TransUnion).

Maintain detailed documentation of collection actions, communication, and outcomes.

Additional requirements (if needed)

Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills

Excellent communication and assertiveness

Knowledge of collection laws and credit management practices

Experience in handling corporate and retail debt portfolios

Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP (QuickBooks, Zoho) - is preferred

Attention to detail and analytical thinking

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Office located in Tashkent.

Official employment.

5-day work week according to U.S. EST time (from 19:00 PM to 3:00 AM Tashkent time).
