Our client is the International Fintech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the editorial team: build internal processes, manage workflows with stakeholders, expand and develop the team.

• Set task validation standards: evaluate whether briefs from clients are complete and guide editors to ask the right questions.

• Develop quality criteria for content in Uzbek, Russian, and English: ensure alignment with business goals, editorial standards, Tone of Voice, client expectations, audience needs, and distribution channels.

• Plan deadlines and priorities, monitor task completion in line with company objectives.

• Manage editorial workload and plan team development.

• Oversee content production across multiple channels and formats, ensuring high standards and strategic alignment.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong knowledge of different content formats: marketing and service copy, social media, landing pages, push notifications, and interface texts.

• Edits with a purpose, focusing on solving business challenges rather than just rephrasing.

• Works effectively with various Tones of Voice, empathizes with users, understands user scenarios, and extracts key information.

• Capable of handling large volumes of content and multiple products simultaneously.

• Experienced in team management: mentoring, guiding, negotiating, and defending editorial decisions.

• Self-driven, organized, and able to meet deadlines, solve problems, and continuously learn.

• English proficiency B2+ (mandatory).
