GLP Group Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead the GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) team and ensure compliance with GLP/GMP and other GxP standards.

• Supervise and participate in laboratory equipment calibration, validation, and qualification processes.

• Manage documentation, SOPs, and control of analytical records.

• Participate in internal and external audits, and support regulatory inspections.

• Organize and conduct training on GLP/GMP procedures for laboratory staff.

• Prepare quality reports and oversee CAPA and deviation processes.

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.

• Proven experience in a GMP/GLP-compliant laboratory (1–3 years).

• Strong knowledge of calibration, quality systems, and analytical methods.

• Proficient in preparing and managing technical documentation.

• Excellent command of Russian (C1), good command of English (B2).

• Leadership and teamwork skills.
