Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Management
-
Develop, implement, and continuously updаtеthe University’s Quality Assurance (QA) policies, standards and procedures.
-
Ensure alignment with national accreditation requirements, educational standards and institutional development strategies.
-
Establish annual QA goals and performance indicators.
Internal Audit and Evaluation
Organize and conduct internal academic and administrative audits, including:
-
Faculty performance evaluation
-
Academic program quality review
-
Students’ performance monitoring
-
Administrative service evaluation
-
Prepare actionable reports and recommendations for improvement.
Accreditation and Compliance
-
Lead external accreditation and licensing processes.
-
Prepare necessary documents, reports, and evidence for accreditation bodies.
-
Ensure timely submission of all required compliance documentation.
Academic Program Quality Improvement
-
Implement systems to collect student and faculty feedback (surveys, interviews, assessments).
-
Monitor curriculum relevance, learning outcomes, teaching methods, and evaluation systems.
-
Support faculties in redesigning or improving academic programs.
Data Collection and Reporting
Plan and manage educational data collection across the university.
Generate quarterly and annual quality reports for:

Rector
-
Academic Council
-
Accreditation organizations
Cooperation and Representation
Represent the university in:
-
Accreditation meetings
-
National and international QA associations
-
Ministry or regulatory training
Professional Knowledge
-
Deep understanding of higher education quality assurance frameworks.
-
Familiarity with national and international accreditation standards (e.g., ISO, Bologna, ESG).

Knowledge of university governance and academic processes.

Master’s degree required; PhD preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation, academic administration, or related field.

Experience working with accreditation agencies or educational regulators is an advantage.
