Hostess provides service for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. Hostess contributes to the first impression of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

-Meeting, greeting and escorting guests to the table, serving the menu;

-Providing effective and cultural services to guests of a restaurant, bar, banquet hall and creating comfortable conditions for them;

-Informing the guest about ongoing promotions and events held in the hotel restaurant and bar;

-Ensuring cleanliness and order in the hall, at the workplace and storage facilities;

-Work with complaints and complaints of guests;

Requirements:

• Fluent Uzbek/Russian and English. Other language would be beneficial;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Restaurant greeter experience preferred;
