HR Admin Senior Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Oversight of HR administration (orders, employment contracts, all HR related documentation);
• Maintenance of personal files, labor contracts, labor books;
• Full support of salary revision processes, salary survey analysis and budgeting;
• Preparation of monthly/quarterly reports;
• Drafting Policies and Procedures;
• Handle the preparation and submission of documents required for employee work permits and visas;
• Supervising correct HR data input to global systems (SAP, Success Factor and internal system 1C (ЗУП).

Requirements:

• Completed higher education;
• Work experience of 3+ years in HR Admin;
• Experienced user of MS Office and 1C;
• Excellent knowledge of all areas of HR administration;
• Proficient knowledge of English and Russian;
• Attention to details.
