• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes;
• Support interview scheduling and candidate communication;
• Help maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation;
• Assist in organizing HR events and activities;
• Participate in internal HR projects and initiatives;
• Perform administrative tasks and provide general support to the HR team.

• Currently studying in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional HR environment
• Team player with a proactive attitude and written communication skills in English and Russian;
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

• Valuable hands-on experience in a supportive HR team;
• Exposure to real HR processes and international practices;
• Friendly and collaborative work environment.
