We are looking for a proactive and passionate HR Intern (Paid) to join our growing team in Uzbekistan!

As an HR Intern, you will:
• Support daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Assist in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Help organize onboarding programs and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support HR documentation, reporting, and database management activities.
• Participate in organizing internal training sessions, events, and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to employer branding activities and communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
