Responsibilities:- Finding and filling the job openings from specific websites, media and direct hunting
- Attraction and selection
- Conducting the interviews
- Conducting the trainings
- Maintaining the job applicants records
- Job ad publishing, handing out and announcing
- Information sharing
- Ability to work in female environment
- Fluency in English, fluency in Russian
- ability to work during the night shift for a long-term
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationship with people
- Organized, proactive, creative initiative and energetic
Salary:
- starts from $ 1000 and will be higher
Working hours: - from 2pm to 12am
- Transportation home paid by the company
