Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging lessons: Teach English to students of various levels, from beginners to advanced learners, ensuring interactive and comprehensive lessons.
• Curriculum Development: Participate in the development and enhancement of our curriculum, ensuring it is up-to-date with modern teaching practices and methodologies.
• Student Assessment: Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to guide students toward their language goals.
• Individualized Learning: Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those preparing for specific exams such as IELTS, CEFR or Multi-level tests and public universities.
• Professional Collaboration: Work closely with other faculty members to develop strategies for student success and to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Clear and Fluent: Fluent speaker with excellent communication skills, able to explain grammar, pronunciation, and language nuances effectively.
• Accent and Pronunciation: Able to teach in both American and British accents.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Certifications: Must have IELTS 8.0+ (TESOL, CELTA, TEFL certificates are a plus)
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in General English (Beginner to Advanced) or IELTS.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Uzbek and Russian.
• Proven Track Record: Must have previously worked for at least 1 year at a single institution.

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Flexibility and creativity in teaching approaches.
• Proficiency in using technology and online teaching platforms
