IELTS Excellence: 100% of your 9th-11th grade students must reach IELTS 7.0+ / CEFR C1 within one academic year.
Fluency Benchmark: Within each quarter, 80% of students in every class should be able to speak for 2 minutes on a given topic with fewer than 5 errors.
Academic Writing: Within one academic year, 85% of students must produce 150-word essays with a grammatical/lexical error rate of less than 20%.
Competitive Edge: Coach at least 5 students to win prize-winning spots in District or City Olympiads every academic year.
Community Growth: Boost "English Speaking Club" participation by 50% during your first year.
