What We Expect

• Support and monitoring business processes
• Incident management and system stability
• Documentation and knowledge base maintenance
• Participation in CRM and DCX products implementation
• Work with data: basic analysis, reporting, preparation of dashboards (under supervision).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on digital initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and internal controls.

Qualifications

• University degree or ongoing studies in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, software tools, and user support.
• Strong interest in digital transformation, data, automation, and technology.
• Knowledge of MS Office; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, or other digital tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills, responsibility, willingness to learn.
• English and Russian required; Uzbek is an advantage.
