Intern in Procurement

We are looking for an Intern to work in our procurement department in Tashkent.

What we expect:

1. Support of operational procurement operations at the regional level for the relevant category;

2. Ensuring that suppliers comply with expected performance indicators and sustainability requirements;

3. Conducting all operations from purchase request (PR) to order processing (PO) and working directly with suppliers to ensure compliance with cost, quality and timely delivery expectations in support of sustainable profitable growth in line with CCI's Vision;

4. Control over the closing of created orders (PO);

5. Participation in solving problems with invoices/payments with the supplier;

6. Providing information to the central procurement department to solve problems on issues agreed at the central level;

7. Ensuring timely execution of the processes of supplier search and conversion of applications into orders (PR-PO) in accordance with the agreed deadlines;

8. Support the preparation of procurement activities and contracting needs for a group of categories at the regional level and in accordance with procurement strategies defined by the corporation.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates students

• Ability to work at least 5 days a week

• Internship experience in the field of procurement – preferably

• Knowledge of MS Office applications Language skills:

The level of English is above average (Upper-Intermediate) both in written and oral form

• Schedule 5/2 from 8.00 to 17.00;

• Work in a large international company;
